I entered my password wrong (twice I think) and have been banned from logging in. How long is the ban for or can it be removed at all?

As a security measure for all player accounts, a user gets banned for 10 minutes if he enters a wrong password 4 times in a row.
This prevents brute force attacks and password guessing.
