I recruited a few friends on the server 1 I don't believe actually used the code but I wanted to know if you can check. The other did use it for sure and he said he has logged over 20 hours on his main alone and i still haven't received the 60 vote points the refer a friend said i would.

However, I've noticed that you are multiboxing and while this isn't an illegal thing if used in PvE, we don't offer support related to RAF for multiboxing accounts, as you're not actually recruiting a friend.

Master00maniac is multiboxing, I am not I'm playing a single priest with 2 other people so that we have a 5 man team. So my RAF should still be valid?

Can confirm, I am the one multiboxing (No worries, I'm PVE only). Xujati referred my primary account. Assuming you have access to see it, our server accounts should be coming from vastly different IP addresses as well.

The only reason for the online RAF system not to work, is if your friends didn't use the referral link provided by you.
When they access the link, they have to register directly and not click on anything else on the website.
