I`m new to the server and I was wondering if the x50 rare item drop also apply to raids and if epic loot also has a drop boost.

The x50 rare drop applies to everything in the world, including dungeons and raids.
The epic loot is set to x1, because this is basically the endgame and we want it to be Blizzlike and an actual reward vs effort.
